Go Red For Women's Health (Virtual Event)!

February is American Heart Month. Communities will light up red on Friday, Feb. 2 for National Wear Red Day. Join us to raise awareness of the No. 1 killer of women, cardiovascular disease. On Friday we are asking members to join us in wearing red and tagging us on social media!

Join us as we kick-off American Heart Month with an Annual Go Red for Women Virtual Event sponsored by Northwell Health.

Hear from Northwell's experts on the latest in women's heart health. Hear an inspiring patient journey and learn how you can advocate for your health and the people around you.

Go Red for Women is a national movement by the American Heart Association (AHA) to end heart disease and stroke in women. Northwell, through the Department of Cardiology and the Katz Institute for Women's Health, partners with the AHA to raise awareness and empower women with knowledge on the prevention, recognition and treatment of cardiovascular disease, including stroke.
